Western Australia State Requirements for FY 2022-2023

The applicants can be nominated by Western Australia either under Graduate or General Streams. 

The General stream has two subcategories:

Schedule 1:

1. Occupation listed under WASMOL- schedule 1 list
2. Be able to claim points for experience as per Schedule 6D
3. Have proficient English language proof for Group 1 or Group 2 occupations  or Competent proof for other eligible occupations
4. Have a contract of full time employment for at least 12 months in the nominated or closely related occupation in Western Australia

Schedule 2:

1. Occupation listed under WASMOL- schedule 2 list
2. Have proficient English language proof for Group 1 or Group 2 occupations  or Competent proof for other eligible occupations
3. Have a contract of full time employment for at least 12 months in the nominated or closely related occupation in Western Australia

Graduate Stream:

1. Occupation listed under WASMOL- Graduate List 
2. Have completed Cert III or higher qualification in Western Australia including two years of full time study completed in Western Australia at a Western Australia University 
3. Have worked in Australia for at least 6 months in the nominated or closely related occupation or have a contract of employment for full time in Western Australia for at least 6 months in the nominated or closely related occupation. The 6 months experienced work should be paid one
4. Have proficient English language proof for Group 1 or Group 2 occupations  or Competent proof for other eligible occupations
