For the NSW state skilled migration, the EOI has to be lodged for only visa subclass and specifically opted for the preferred state as NSW.

All the documents should be valid for at least 5 days from the date of pre-invitation.

The employment should be assessed by the skill assessment body, of the applicants are claiming points.
