With recent changes in LMT for 482 legislative requirements, for the advertisements to be placed in Jobactive platform in addition to two other job-seeking platforms. To prove the genuine need for an overseas worker, the LMT arrangements have to be completed for both subclass 186 and 187 under both streams. Due to COVID-19, there are some concessions on subclass 887 application as well. The changes are that the subclass 887 application can be granted while the applicant is in or outside of Australia. The definition of critical sectors as been specified in LIN 20/182. The specified work from subclass 417 and 432 have been amended to specified work. 16/11/2020
